I had asked before purchasing these sneakers if they ran big and you assured they do not, however they are about a 1/2 size too big on me. As a seller I can only assume that you want to ensure your buyers are satisfied, so I would greatly appreciate a response as soon as possible in order to work something out.

@mandy8292 Sorry I was unable to reply sooner as I was working before. On Poshmark, as a buyer, it is not acceptable to mark a purchased item as not described because of the fit. When you do so, not only are you trying to get a refund but you are doing so in a way that can ruin the integrity of a seller as well as get them banned from Poshmark by falsifying a claim. If the item does not fit, We recommend you listing the item yourself so you can sell them.

@mandy8292 and I really would love to help you out, but I did mean what I said when they do run true to size due to the padding of the leather. I'm sorry that they didnt feet your feet. I wok recommend relishing it since if we were to do an exchange it would have to be done off of poshmark and I do not feel comfortable doing so. Please let me know if I can help with anything else
