@vanessamarie211 they are a brand new product that was just released in June… They are incredible! They go on dry… There is absolutely no dry time and they are 100 percent nail polish with topcoat and basecoat included in each strip. They can be applied over gel or acrylic nails as well. They last extremely long… Company claims 14 days the current set I am wearing has been on for 28 days
