moniquexelaine @cd252525 hi Christie! I'm so sorry for the delay, I've been just as curious and frustrated with this as you probably have been. Since Monday I've been asking building management, specifically those who handle mail, why my package wasn't showing up in the system as scanned. I live in a big complex and because of the large volume of incoming/outgoing mail the front/ leasing office has set aside a small sub unit to handle it all.

moniquexelaine @cd252525 Long story short, One of the maintenance people misplaced or forgot my package in one of their offices. They stuck to the story that it Must've been lost by the post office - which I didn't believe- but thankfully I was contacted late evening yesterday that it was found and they had indeed misplaced it.

moniquexelaine @cd252525 Im going over to pick it up in the next 40 min to inspect that it's ok and then I'm personally going to take it to the post office drop off box. I'm so upset they kept denying their office could've lost it but I'm just so happy that they found it. I'm even more sorry for how long you've had to wait which is why I've been trying so hard to get them to figure it out and find it.
