Take it to the cleaners and get it cleaned up or be sure to tell your buyer, if you aren't selling boutique items and selling used items they should be cleaned, eeew. I don't think anyone wants to buy something with those kinds of stains, I know I wouldn't... hurry go get it cleaned.
