kimberleybrown @leasha26 I love this set too, so bright and "Springy"!😊 Each headband comes in a variety of sizes. Since you daughter is 13 mos., I would make your headbands in a size 12-18 mos., which measures 17 inches in circumference! Does that sound okay?☺️
