leeniee624 @sakon53 hey ! So what happened was she purchased a VS sweater size medium and gave us a bad rating because it was too small on her. So we messaged her and explained poshmark rules that you can not return an item that does not fit. She went back on and gave us a one star rating but after I left her that comment she changed it to 5 stars. Hope that helps! She’s a good buyer I just don’t think she really understood how it worked but she was nice enough to go back and fix the rating
