beautifulame @grammy1009 my pleasure so sorry for the delay. I measured "approximately " where the hips would be. It's hard to pin point as it's pretty much the same width across the whole dress. It was about 26" flat. I measured below the pockets 😊

I usually wear a L, but depending on the fabric, sometimes need an XL since I have a 38-40D bust, and don't like things to cling to my bottom or dip too low in front. beautifulame @janicenixon I'm sorry I'm not sure what chicos fabric is like. It's a spandex rayon blend. Since it's flowy and not tight I would just suggest wearing nude undergarments and you'll be ok 😉😊
