@magmaa I am usually a small and the small fits me great the length of the small is approx 51"-53" my bust measures 38" waist 26" hips 35". I can fit the small or the medium mediums length 52"55"

@milonesianna honestly this dress is very stretchy on the top. I wear a small usually and I fit small and medium. Both fit me perfect. I like the medium because of the sleeve/arm area. Yes I do believe a medium would fit you😊😊
