gemmas_treasure @cherishthem that's ok! I know. He has an ironman race in three weeks. He will find out on Tuesday if he will be able to go ahead and do it. Ok, the 28 on these: 16.5" across the waist. The rise is 9" and the inseam when unrolled is 28"
