@nadia2121 the backs of the shoe are adjustable idk if you can see that in the second to last pic but you might be able to go with a 6 and bust adjust the strings

@linzeerin yes I think you will be fine with 6.5" , this is Kelly's assistant and I am between 8.5-9 and I have a pair of these in 8.5 and they fit me fine due to the tie back
