stylecollection @missy980 Hello, I measured the inner liner and the (flat lay) waist measurement is 21.5" for the large. I added some pictures. The dress has an A-frame design. The bottom hem width is 24". Hope this helps!

stylecollection @jobetisha Thanks for the interest! Please check the measurements. This does run a but larger/ loose and may work for some size XL. The armpit-armpit is 20" (flat lay), whereas some other size large, may be more of an 18" or 19".
