This is a lovely off shoulder chiffon mini strap dress! It is made 100% polyester. Sleeves are three quarter and neckline is slash neck style. Armpit to armpit ➡️ 20 1/2. Top to bottom ➡️ 24 inches. THIS IS A SEE THROUGH TOP! Any questions please ask before purchasing!
