New with tag. This is a sample dress but made ready to wear. Bright bold Mustard colored with a diamond shape Cutout at the front. Pleated top bodice with beadings along the center front. Size small, label Wish. Adjustable straps, fully lined. Font length from top bodice is 26", waist 14", across bust 17". Has soft boning inside lining along the the side and princess seam.
