nenekafor @jcfung1 ok please, is it tight or loose in the elastic area? Yes it can easily be altered. The measurement was stated in the listing as well. Please I would also like to mention that the elastic area is meant to be a little tight (if it is) to keep the grip firm. Like I earlier mentioned, im honestly sorry about this dissatisfaction, I’m open to have the item back and get you a refund. I’m deeply sorry about this. Thank you for your understanding once again.
