@tripsmama3 I think so because the straps are adjustable and I had them all the way low because I wanted to show off my cleavage πππ so I think with the straps half way up or all the way you'll have more ability to shorten the dress ππ½ππ½ but π― size small for you. Oh and it has pockets π

@destin22 this one is oversized intentionally. I'm usually a 0-2 modeling the small. I like to knot the bottom sometimes or other times I will leave it full length. And...it has pockets π I also have the measurements in the description π
