@hellensharp04 sorry I don't communicate outside of the app. No damage has occurred and no repairs have been made.The shoes have only be worn to dinner so out of the house into the car out of the car....etc. My price is cheap and firm. Ps I've never had to repair any of my cl's in 17 years. If they are well worn I take them in for a heel change and a cleaning
