If U could do front Leg lifts, sitting on the edge of a chair or bed, lean back to hold onto something and simple lift Ur legs towards U and back down, will help tone Ur Front as well. ANYTHING will help Ur back. Mine is a constant battle getting out of bed!These help A LOT! That's why I continue to carry them every tear!
