Scallop like lace at the top of the dress that goes around to the back. Fit is like a mermaid but easily moveable because it turns into a loose ruffle at the bottom. Worn at a beach ceremony. Will need dry cleaning. Bussel in the back, very little train. White/offwhite in color.
