jerseyglam @shortyslice Hi! Sure!! Laid out flat one way across they are approx. 16" and they stretch to about 19 1/2. Please note that this is one way across so you would double it and also they are high waisted fit so if this is the more narrow higher part of your waist. Hope this helps 💜💜
