Cache vintage formal gown in light blue

Worn once to my prom in 1999. Timeless and feminine. EUC. Has a few small snags near the bottom and back which are unnoticeable while wearing. Also a loose thread on seam below the zipper, as pictured. Side zip. Slight train. Has been hemmed- I'm 5'2"and it hits the tops of my feet in front. Beautiful cornflower blue with removable butterfly pins which came with it. Fits small, best for a 0-2p. My mannequin is a 4-6 so the pictures don't even do it justice. Wow them all in this budget gem!
