@dynskie I am 5'1" and size 4 and it looks adorable on. It isn't too long. Its about 35" from the top of the collar to the bottom hem so falls above the knee. The tie dash waist makes it so you can tighten or loosen it too. The quality is quite amazing as well.

@simplysantmaria honestly I think that's a good idea. These are imported from London and their sizes are sometimes a bit off from ours. You have a tie waist to make a little tighter. I'd go with 6 if I were you.
