wendym198 Just opened this; I always wear a small (2-4) and there is no way I can wear this. It's way too small to even try on. Looks like a child's top. What do I do?

nycshopper92 @wendym198 do you want to send me the measurements so i can compare the other smalls i have? it's possible you got one with a sizing defect. i've sold a lot of these and never had a problem with the sizing. i even own one myself and have found it true to size. i'm sorry yours doesn't fit properly. let me know about the measurements so i can check for you! if you want to try it on in the meantime, the fabric is super stretchy so it might work better than you think xx

nycshopper92 @wendym198 i don't have anymore mediums in white. if you can send me the measurements i can let you know if the one you have is different from the other size small i have. poshmark doesn't support returns or exchanges so it would have to be done outside of the app

wendym198 It wasn't a small, it was a medium and Ibshouldnt have to keep something that is not what a medium stands for! This couldn't fit the smallest person out there! I'm new to this and I don't want to have a bad experience right off the bat regardless of what my measurements are; it's unwearable

nycshopper92 @wendym198 i just double checked your order and you did purchase a size small so the one you have is actually not a medium. so you're aware for the future, poshmark doesn't allow returns for fit. i'm trying to work with you and hopefully we can find a solution, but that is the way the app works unfortunately

nycshopper92 @wendym198 sorry for the confusion- i meant the measurements of the top you received because i thought it might be defective and somehow smaller than usual. now that we realized you ordered the incorrect size, i'm sure that's not the case. if you want to order the medium, i can offer you a 20% discount on it

nycshopper92 @wendym198 there's no way to do an exchange of sizes through poshmark. if you want to ship it back to me outside of the app, you can but will have to cover the shipping charges and provide tracking. i prefer to do things through the app so we're both protected but if you want to do an exchange, that would be the only way.

wendym198 I just tried it on and decided to reposh it at a much cheaper price. So disappointed in the quality of it. It's an awkward off the shoulder fit, the bottom of the arms by my wrists cuts of my circulation, and the fabric is cheap and see through. No reflection on you. You've been very nice and accommodating. Please tell me the quality of all the wholesale items through poshmark is not like this? I realize everyone needs to make money, but then make the item with higher quality and charge more!

nycshopper92 @wendym198 i'm truly sorry you're disappointed with the shirt. like i said above, i own one myself and have sold many of these without complaint. i believe you would be much more satisfied with the fit if it was the correct size. i'm always trying to improve and will definitely keep your comments in mind for the future. if you ever want to try the medium, i can honor the 20% i offered before. have a good evening x
