gigicoletteGood morning. I have received the package but I have not accepted the order. The choices are: accidental purchase, item not as described, order nor delivered. There is not one for wrong item. Please advise.

johnny_bundle@ceiholland Choose item not as described and then there should be a place where you can take a picture for proof then Posh will let me know and should send you a new shipping label. I'm really sorry for all this.

Aug 13Reply

gigicolette@johnny_bundle it is really no problem. I do not look for things to get upset about. I will go do that now.

gigicoletteHave you received any notifications? Their site said that it would be resolved within 72 hours.

Aug 13Reply

johnny_bundle@ceiholland I have not received anything yet from Posh. I sent an email as well to try and get a response.

johnny_bundle@ceiholland Here is what Posh has told me. Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, we see that the your funds have been released for this order because the buyer did not open up a formal return request for this item. At this time we are unable to issue them a refund. We thank you for your understanding. Best, Mariah

johnny_bundleI will send you the correct item at my expense and let you keep the original.

Aug 15Reply

gigicolette@johnny_bundle Why don't I just send this back to you directly? Then you can give me a credit in your store towards the other item that I did order.

Aug 15Reply

johnny_bundle@ceiholland It is okay, please keep the item. I will send your item tomorrow. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Aug 17Reply

gigicolette@johnny_bundle I don't mind sending the items back. I just did not want to break a rule or get you in trouble in some way.

Aug 17Reply
