@jordan_martin I would say they are true to size. I wear a small and the small fit me perfectly. Plus, you can adjust accordingly with the strings :)

@sydneysou the medium bottom for the medium one is 15.5" when flat. The top will definitely fit, as it is adjustable on the back.
