meboutique @diva55 You have to go with the small. I have this dress & I had the elastic taken out of the back because I have a smaller waist. It flares out much better with it being towards the end of the measurement spectrum I have posted. My waist is 25" (because I am the size of a hobbit) so the small was a bit large on me.

meboutique @hollyannvan To get the same look as the model you would have to do what I did and have the elastic waist taken out. I took it to an alterations place and it was only around $10. But the waist needs to be a little more filled out to get the poof unless you have the elastic taken out.
