nycshopper92@lpietz I'm happy you didn't purchase this from me after all. I've sold loads of these bags and only received 5 star feedback. I always use bubble wrap and package them carefully but they're delicate and it's possible it broke in transit. I would never mail out a damaged item and would have refunded her or mailed a new one if she had she reached out and let me know. Since she didn't, I had no reason to think she was unsatisfied.

nycshopper92@shs17 Of course the price is lower now. You purchased at the beginning of summer when there was a huge demand for bags like this. As we're now heading into fall, summer styles are on sale everywhere. This isn't unique to you and this particular purchase. There's nothing I can do now because you purchased months ago, but I would urge you to reach out and let the seller know next time you have an issue. It's impossible to resolve the problem if you don't let them know there is one. Best.
