11thstreet@annnoe Hi Ann ☺️ These have light padding and a stretch band to help with lift and support, there is a nice shape to the bra. The straps are also adjustable. Since you are a 34 I would lean toward M 💗💕

11thstreet@michael1953 Hi Annie for a 34B I would go with the small. This isn't an uncomfortable bra - is actually the softest most comfy one you will ever own. You can go with the M if you want but I feel the S would fit best
