11thstreet @josho817 Hi Joyce they are very stretchy and are made to fit a range of cup sizes, generally a 36 is for L. It is recommended to go with the normal size you would buy in S M L sizing

11thstreet A 36 and 38 should fit the L. There are so many sizing combinations and also personal preference. A 36 with a smaller cup, like 36B for instance, would be better in M. This is a very soft stretchy material. It is best to go with the bra size you would normally buy in S M L sizing - you know your body best.
