I'm not sure which size I may need, a small or medium. I am usually a small or 4 in dresses but the 16" bust measurement is my concern as I'm a 34d. Do you think the fabric gives or flows to accommodate bustiness? 😆 does it seem to run a bit small?

Is this dress the light blue or the dark blue?

@jenn_w Outside in natural light the dress is close to the color in the first pic. But inside it's a little darker. Not quite as dark as it looks in the last 2 pics but darker than the 1st. Hope that's helpful
