lo_dell @eevrerett Ok, these seem true to size. Do you know your waist size? Or I suggest you measure the waist if your favorite jeans lying flat and compare to this listing. I am thinking a size 3, which would be slightly cropped based on your inseam, these are around 30" inseam.
