@everythingpink1 Yes it will fit. But keep in mind it may not have the exact same look of being so gathered at the top. Let me go grab one from the store and see what I think.

@everythingpink1 Ok Lisa, so it will definitely fit. The bust actually goes to 46". We are generally very conservative in measurements on items that stretch. If you want that really gathered ruffle look though it may not work. It won't look stretched out but it won't be gathered exactly like the photo.
