jerseyglam @crunyon037 Hello! This is a pair of the actual pants out of stock on a model. Laid flat the waist measures approx. 13 1/2" one way across (this is the higher more narrow part of your waist) but they material is VERY stretchy and stretches like leggings do. It will easily stretch to approx. 17"/18" without being stretched to the max. Hips approx. 16 1/2". I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
