Forever 21 NWT cropped shirt floral medium

Beautiful shirt! Still has its tags! Lovely soft fabric. There is a very small dot near the back neck (the picture shows it). It is not a hole but it's like an odd flaw in the fabric that is a little off-color. It really is not even noticeable but I'm just letting you know since I want to disclose anything that makes something in our closet not perfect.
