xo_tiffanie Ok I've seen a couple pairs where people mention they run small!! Which confused me because I could have swore they run big. Thanks for clarifying and confirming my feeling! Is there anything we can do if we accidentally get "duped"? Does Posh get your money back for you?

crissygray1 @jocemr yes they did- as long as you don't accept the item you can contact posh support and send in photos. They send you a shipping label to return the item and you get your money back. I didn't even know there were fakes until I bought them. The outside looked identical to the real ones basically.

crissygray1 @effeelou honestly I can't say. I usually wear these in a 27 or 28. The replicas I bought were size 28 on the tag but fit like a 25/ 26. They were too small to tell if they would be comparable.

crissygray1 @bloggerashlee the easiest way to check if they are real before you buy them is to ask the seller to post a pick of the size/ content tag. There's a typo on all the fakes saying "yurn around" instead of "turn around." Also, if you look at the content tag on the authentic pair, the words take up the whole tag instead of the middle of the tag. Hope that helps. crissygray1 @g0t_nancy hey hon, I've yet to purchase either of those styles, if I were you I'd reference the one teaspoon website for fit and measurements for the specific styles you're looking at. Also, I've seen some blog posts for reviews of the styles- but I can't think of specific ones ATM 😣Just google it lol, that's what I've done 😉Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

emarae @crissygray1 Hi! I'm just coming across this and am checking to see if mine are a fake! I had no idea fakes of this brand even existed 😩. Based on your comparison, the inside hem of my pockets are pretty sloppy but my tag is a little different. Looks legit with correct spelling but does have 68% cotton and 32% polyester. The top part also just has the One X Oneteaspoon and nothing else. Does that sound fake to you?

crissygray1 @emarae it would be really hard for me to say for sure without seeing them hon. How is the stitching on the inside of the back pockets and the inside of the shorts? I would say if it's one small detail they may be authentic- but when there's are bunch a little details that are off/poor quality then they may be knockoffs.

emarae @crissygray1 They seem exactly like the real ones from your pictures lol the only thing is the inside stitching is a little sloppy on one side and the care instructions tag is silky not like the original and has a different form of the logo on it. 😂it's so confusing! They seem like they could be either or but since I couldn't find ANYTHING on the internet to sort it out I thought maybe you would know. Thanks so much for your time though!

crissygray1 @kayla5111 it may be other styles- I don't know for certain but the indication of them being fakes would be the same: poor stitching, typos on the labels, uneven seams etc. hope that helps hon. If you do buy a pair check them over inside and out before accepting- if they are fakes you can submit photons and get a return.

I know the labels on the old school one teaspoon vary from what I have pictured on this listing. So those maybe authentic - hard to say without seeing the inside stitching- but they are not the same shorts that are posted on her cover photo. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful🙈

rebekahlkelly I received a pair of Hendrix Bandits today. They don’t have the size stamped in the large black number on the inside pocket. The quote is also by Janis Joplin and is silky. I can’t tell by the seams. Any idea? They have an outside tag and came in a plastic One Teaspoon bag

If you post a pic (and mark not for sale) I will take a look. If the seams inside look clean then they are most likely authentic. Look for the yyy on the zipper as well?

The care tag will usually say “yurn” around instead of “turn” around- but I can’t read it clearly in the pic showed on the post you tagged me in. Can’t recall, but you may be able to sign up for notifications etc. There’s a men’s sale section too. I bought a pair of mens’ shorts I love. If on the smaller side, you’re lucky, larger sizes go first. Oh, and amazing tops/blouses too
