redofashion @jewelsforagypsy this car seat vest was designed for winter safety in the car. Having layers of clothing on your child in the winter you cannot tighten the straps enough for the safety of the child. after learning that kids shouldn't wear winter jackets in the car seat this vest is a safer alternative to keeping them warm.
