Overall I would recommend placing an order for size 8 if you're usually between 7.5-8 for this style.
Order 8.5 if you're usually between 8-8.5

@trace74 hello so sorry that they didn't work π£π£these are youth size shoes which convert to women's sizes (both are measured by centimeter).
Unfortunately posh does not support returns or exchanges at this time but You can open a posh case for a full refund. Just make sure you don't 'receive' the shoes through the app. I'll give you a few more details on your listing.

Thank you for your prompt response. I rechecked my order and it was for a size 5.5, I was aware of the size conversion and that's why I ordered the size 5.5. I received a size 4 π. I did as you just suggested by reporting it to posh to see what can be done however, is there any possiblity to just return the item and in return receive the correct one?

if you ever go from a 6.5-7 they will be too small.
