redroostrsclost @krjohnson1980 Hi. I think based on your stats a medium would fit but The large maybe more comfortable. I'm 5' 1", 129 and wear a 27 jeans and The medium fits better then the small. The waist is elastic so it does stretch out. The medium stretches to 19" and the large 20". The inseam is 12" for both sizes. I hope this helps!!
