missktgc @bora_luvv You could get away with either size depending on how you want them to fit. I am a 26 in jeans as well and modeling the small. However, the medium fits me well too. The size small is a little more form fitting and the medium fits me more relaxed giving them a more casual look. The wait on the small is 25" with a decent amount of stretch. =)
