A beautiful, fun find! A pencil skirt made from a metallic " gilded " fabric ... creating an art-deco feel. Almost 19 inches long. A flat waist, hemmed in ribbon, and covered zipper. The skirt is fitted and measures just over 13 inches straight across the waist flying flat.
