Large black coach tote

Gorgeous tote with tags still attached!! Retail was 325. Listing for my mom, she does not use it, carried 2-3xs at the most. No marks or flaws but it does fold in a bit if not stuffed-see pix. Sits normally when full. 11h, 11x8 base, 19 opening, 10"drop 1 interior zip pocket, 2 slip pockets, hook closure and a luggage tag. Told by the sa that the material is leather but I cannot find a tag inside that states the material so there's a possibility that the bag could be coated canvas.
