These are measurements with the skirt laid out flat and un-stretched: (please note it is just across the front so you would double it): Medium: Waist: approx. 13 1/4" (please note this skirt is high waisted fit so that is the higher more narrow part of your waist) Hips: approx. 16 1/4" Large: Waist: approx. 14 1/4" (please note this skirt is high waisted fit so that is the higher more narrow part of your waist) Hips: approx. 17 1/2"

tinydancer025 @jerseyglam great! Thanks for the quick reply. Any stretch to the material. Love high waisted. Looks like zipper goes bottom to top? Open skirt completely ? Can't tell picture bit fuzzy ( screen dirty ) yes I think between Med and large. Very fun!!
