I am a 36DD and it fits me no problem with a little more room🤔measurements are shoulders when stretched is 20" armpit to armpit 19"I hope this helps🤔😘let me know if you have anymore questions😘

balticqueen @ahousewright I am literally freezing in my house dressed up in a big sweater with the air conditioning on haha. So the blouse is a cotton material it's not a Jersey. Can you wear it as a regular blouse like not off the shoulder but on the shoulder?

ahousewright @balticqueen Honestly the blouse is better off the shoulder I just tried one on to see and the neck area does not fall right for a regular blouse because the back shoulder part is elasticated and the front neck is not😢keep warm😉
