I started a weight loss journey myself and lost 20 of the 40 I was going for but now I am pregnant... which is probably why we are in this mess. Pregnancy brain. I still plan to eat healthy so I donโt gain unhealthy weight.

@kriliz , in my case I had gotten very sick with high blood pressure , Diabetes and coronary artery disease . It took me almost a year b4 I decided to do the surgery after trying to lose the weight on my own . I gained a 100lbs within 7 years but I was always comfortable in my skin but my health issues were a major factor but I feel so great and much healthier
