turbotaylor Hey babe! I just went through training on addressing those with special needs and/or disabilities. I was told to lead with the person and then their disability- not leading with the disability such as: my child with autism vs my autistic child. It focuses on the person first instead of the need/disability. Just wanted to share in case you make these from scratch! Xo
