Sorry I didn't see the firm price comment in the description before offering. What size are you and what size in these pants do you wear? I am 14 waist but more of a 12 leg so some stretchy pants are too loose if that makes sense!

@tinaph2 I'm 5 feet and wear a size large in these. But I fold under at the bottom hem, press with a warm iron and then they fall just right. Becauae of the material, you can get away without hemming them.
