VTG Tassel-tie linen strapless dress

Beautiful black vintage linen dress, the material is fairly sheer but not sheer on (I don’t wear it with a bra). My favorite part about this dress is the tasseled tie at the top. Knee length, perfectly versatile for day and dressed up for night.
