Are they very stretchy? Would the medium fit someone who's a 28-29 waist

@mahi33 Hi Mahi. I would be hesitant to recommend to you if you are closer to 29. Just do not want you to run into a purchase that doesn't fit. They do stretch, but are a more fitted Yoga pants. ☺️
