One last question I wear a 7.5 in nike and a 7 in Adidas sneakers what size would you suggest in these? Are they narrow?

@maryrose1017 they are a medium width. I wear 8.5 in these and in Nike so I would suggest the 7.5. From toe to heel of the sole measures 10". π
