Comes with dust bag. The outside is matte gold leather and is in nice shape . The inside however, has a lot of pen marks. I did get it professionally cleaned and it didn't really make the pen marks much lighter but it is sterile. You could also use a purse organizer or just enjoy a GREAT deal you're getting because of the marks😉. I took photos of me actually using the bag and even when it's not closed shut, you can't see any marks, just your stuff.

@macprincesss it's about 13in long 10in top to bottom. I'm not sure if it's considered the larger of the 2 sizes that this bag comes in.
