anthemoessa @maemmtt Hi, yes, the small will definitely fit a 2/4 women's and the length is 60". I typically wear a 4/6 in women's and wear the medium in this. ☺️

anthemoessa @maemmtt Absolutely, anytime! 💕💕 The top part is stretchy and lined with padding so it can definitely be worn without a strapless bra. The small should work for your bust size, and if you don't like the fit I'm always happy to exchange for a different size.
